We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must:

• Be unused and unassembled

• Be in original packaging (inner packaging intact)

• Be in resalable condition

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels.

• If your package is marked “Return to Sender,” return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Please include inside the package:

• Name & email used for the order

• Order number

• Reason for return (or exchange request)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75.

Refund Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected (allow 7–14 business days), we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
