Processing Times

Shipping Times

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
